This new lightbulb, the Pharox 60 LED dimmable lightbulb by Lemnis Lighting is the best lightbulb that we have found. It is environmentally friendly because it lasts 25 years (35,000 hours), is made of recyclable material, uses only 6 watts of electricity, and has the equivalent luminescence of a 60 Watt incandescent lightbulb. Not to mention the fact that the light has a light output of 300 lumens and a warm white light of 3000K. The bulb is also made without lead, mercury, or wolfram, toxic substances that are used in the manufacture of compact fluorescents. You can purchase the lightbulbs at: http://www.mypharox.com. The only kicker is the pricetag: $38.95, but imagine not changing a lightbulb for 25 years!!! Not to mention the fact that if we all switched just one lightbulb, we would be saving $1.4 billion in electricity costs and 9 billion kilowatt hours would be saved annually. This would equate to a carbon emissions reduction of 5.2 billion kg annually. Choice is yours!
